Despite being an unapologetic coffee addict, I have a lot of passion for helping people make the most of the goals they want to achieve. With a deeply ingrained 'helpful' spirit, I bring a lot of things to the table most uniquely and organically that lends to my outside-the-box way of approaching problems and finding solutions. Project Management is more than a job. It is a skill centered around achieving dreams and I look forward to putting my heart into helping [you] reach them.

Why Project Management?
My goal was to add another certificate to my resume and gain the core skills necessary to redirect my soft skills towards a job I am passionate about. Not only have I acquired many new tools and skills, but I have also developed an understanding of new techniques and an appreciation for the type of work I want to pursue.

Although I had the option to retake tests for a higher grade, I chose to maintain the integrity of my learning and challenge myself in the areas I found more difficult, still achieving an overall coursework average of over 90%.

I can now easily build templates, identify key pieces of information, and negotiate effectively while learning and improving my ability to manage a team and a project. After all, failure is just another word for opportunity.

As a catalyst for change and innovation, I leverage my diverse background in retail management, volunteer marketing, and web design to inspire and empower teams to achieve their full potential. My recent completion of a Professional Certificate in Project Management has further honed my skills in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated an ability to see unique solutions where others see obstacles, turning creative ideas into actionable plans that drive organizational success.

In my various roles, from Store Manager to Team Lead, I have successfully developed and mentored both in-person and online teams, fostering strong collaboration and administrative excellence. My journey through volunteer marketing and web design has equipped me with a keen eye for aesthetics and user experience, allowing me to craft engaging digital spaces and compelling brand stories.
